CY-1 Kathon: 5-Chlorine-2-methyl-4heterothiazoline-3-Ketome Property and application: high-efficiency, wide-range preservative. Its main composition content is isothiazolin ketone compound which is regarded all over the world as an effective wide-range sterilization antimidew agent with well recognized safety, no poison, gentleness to skin, no stimulation to eye mucous membrane. Being substitute of paraben ester and formyl benzene. It is widely used in cosmetics industry. Application: 1) Antiseptic of shampoo, cosmetics and mouss 2) Disinfector of packing container and equipment 3) Cleaning agent of dishes, antiseptic and disinfectant of industrial lotion It has strong function to kill bacteria, epiphyte and barm, and only 0.1 0/oo (0.1 part in one thousand) thickness can achieve very good effect of killing bacteria and restrain epiphyte. But still the usage Reference is recommended to use.
